We are open year-round, closing only on ten traditional holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thurs-Fri), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Tuition and Payment Guidelines

Our current programs and rates are listed in the table below. Parents are responsible for providing lunch, while the Academy provides an afternoon snack. Because our preschool is a ministry of Harmony Vineyard Church, we aim to keep our tuition as low as possible to make it affordable to a wide range of people.

Preschool tuition is paid in advance on a weekly basis, and is due on the Friday before the week begins or the last scheduled day of attendance for the week. The payment obligation is based on a full week of school, not on actual attendance. There is no change in tuition due to your child’s absences. If your child is absent or we are closed on the Friday before the week begins or the last scheduled day of attendance for the week, you are responsible to make payment as agreed. In the case of vacations or absences, please postdate your check for the upcoming date due and make payment before you leave.

Late payments – A $25 late payment fee (per child) applies for any payment not received on the Friday morning before the week begins. If payment is not received on the Monday of the week an additional $10.00 fee per day will be charged. Your child will not be permitted to return to preschool until both the payment and the late fee are paid in full.

Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Alternatively, a personal check or cash will be accepted for payment, but if a check is returned for any reason and we incur any bank charges from the return of your check, those charges will be added to the following week’s preschool fee. After two returned checks, all further payments must be made in cash. Non-payment or consistent late payments is cause for termination immediately without two weeks notice.

A two-week notice of any tuition increase will be posted.
