Preschool Director
Chip Dandridge serves as the Director of The Lion & Lamb Academy, the preschool ministry of Harmony Vineyard Church. With a heart for children and families, Chip brings years of ministry and leadership experience into the world of early childhood education. Before stepping into this role, he worked in a large Christian preschool setting, where he gained hands-on experience in faith-based early education, classroom support, family communication, and school leadership.
Chip has been in ministry since 2009 and has served at Harmony Vineyard since 2018. His background in both church leadership and Christian education gives him a unique perspective on partnering with families during the most formative years of a child’s life. He is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Known for his relational leadership style, Chip prioritizes strong communication with parents, a supportive culture for teachers, and a joyful learning environment for students. He believes preschool should be a place where children feel loved, seen, and encouraged to explore the world around them while being gently introduced to the love of God.
Chip is committed to continual growth and improvement within the school, always working to strengthen curriculum, communication, and the overall experience for families. His goal is for The Lion & Lamb Academy to be a trusted, welcoming place where children thrive and families feel supported every step of the way.
